Custom wash care instruction labels are the workhorses of garment labeling — legally required in most markets, yet often overlooked as a branding opportunity. Our care labels combine mandatory care symbols and fiber content information with your brand identity, transforming a compliance requirement into a subtle but effective brand touchpoint.

We manufacture care labels in two primary materials: satin polyester for a soft, premium hand-feel suitable for luxury and mid-market garments, and standard woven polyester for cost-effective volume production. The printing process uses thermal transfer technology that fuses the ink into the fiber at high temperature, creating a bond that cannot be washed or rubbed off — critical for care instructions that must remain legible for the lifetime of the garment. We can print care symbols following GINETEX, ISO 3758, or ASTM D5489 standards, in single or multiple languages.

Each label can include: washing, bleaching, drying, ironing, and dry cleaning symbols; fiber composition (e.g., "100% Cotton"); size designation; country of origin; brand name/logo; and QR codes linking to online care guides or brand websites. Labels are available in end-fold, center-fold, straight-cut, or loop-fold configurations depending on how they will be sewn into the garment. We also offer heat-seal variants that can be applied without stitching — ideal for seamless and performance apparel where visible stitching is undesirable.
